Jim Rollins

President, Assurance & Tax Services Group at Meaden & Moore

Jim has over 25 years of public accounting experience with a focus on operational improvements, inventory management and costing. In addition to serving clients in the manufacturing and distribution, start-up, technology and private equity industries, Jim recently began overseeing the assurance and tax practice at the Firm. He works closely with our employees on developing services to respond to our clients' needs and to ensure that their service goals are being met.

Jim’s experience building two regional offices within Meaden & Moore has helped him develop entrepreneurial skills that allow him to look at clients’ businesses differently than many CPA’s. Jim knows that for many closely-held businesses, it’s not just about the numbers, but also the impact the business has on its owners and their families. These clients need assistance managing the growth in their business while instituting controls and having safeguards in place to ensure the company does not put itself or its owners at risk.

Jim’s private equity experience includes an understanding of the specialized fund accounting as well as the reporting requirements and best practices for controls, communication and reporting to investors regarding the operating companies and transactions within their portfolios.
