Serge Ukety

Serge Ukety serves as the Site Director at Nuru since September 2019, leading efforts to enhance connectivity in the Democratic Republic of Congo, with a goal of reaching 5 million clients by September 2024. In addition, Serge acts as the Site Development Consultant, overseeing the development of Nuru projects in Ituri province, notably the 10 megawatt Bunia project. Since April 2014, Serge has contributed to CEMADEF as a Member of the General Assembly and Strategic Management Advisor, supporting over 9000 women and youth in fostering community change. Concurrently, Serge has been a Senior Investment Advisor at Consu L.L.C. since October 2013, guiding investment strategies in Africa. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Business Solutions Consultant with Northshore Marketing Solutions, where support was provided to corporate clients in enhancing telecommunications and IT solutions. Serge holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from EU Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Specialized Honors Finance & Economics from York University, along with various professional certificates in management and marketing.
