Sepehr Talasazan, Esq. (Sep Talas) is a seasoned legal and financial professional, currently serving as the Founding Attorney at ST Law Group PLLC since September 2022. Simultaneously, Talas holds the position of Director of Sales and previously served as an Account Executive at Flatiron Realty Capital, in addition to being a Mortgage Loan Originator and Business Development Manager at Meadowbrook Financial Mortgage Bankers Corp. Since August 2021, Talas has contributed as a Mortgage Foreclosure Pro Bono Intern with the Nassau County Bar Association and has gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at Venable LLP and a Legal Extern at Holm & O'Hara LLP. Talas started a career in business development at Home America Lending Corp. and MCS Mortgage Bankers, Inc. Talas earned a Doctor of Law degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Pre-Law from Binghamton University, along with international education experience at Anglo-American University in Prague.
