Andrew Logan

Andrew Logan is a Property Services Surveyor at Meadowhall since February 2014, responsible for overseeing shop-fitting and refurbishment projects while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and design criteria. Andrew also manages construction and ground works, including tender preparation, schedules of work, site inspections, and project meetings. Prior to this role, Andrew served as a Building Surveyor at Viridian Housing from October 2009 to June 2013, conducting defect surveys on residential properties and preparing works orders for necessary repairs.
