Alexis Joseph has extensive experience in healthcare quality and compliance, currently serving as the Quality and Compliance Officer at Meadowlands Hospital and Medical Center since March 2013. In this role, Alexis reviews and revises quality management policies and procedures and chairs both the Patient Safety and Quality Committee and the Quality Management Oversight Committee. Prior to this position, Alexis was an Adjunct Instructor at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, where responsibilities included assisting in the instruction of human gross anatomy and neuroanatomy. Alexis also holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University and an MD from St. Matthew's University School of Medicine, complemented by a BS in Biology from Yale University. Experience includes an administrative internship at the same hospital, assisting in departmental restructuring and developing performance improvement forms.
