Jason Fox

Therapy Leader at Meadowlark

Jason Fox is the Therapy Leader at Meadowlark. He provides therapy to residents of Meadowlark Hills, schedules the case load between all therapy disciplines and provides direction to the physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy team. Jason and his team strive to provide the most current and accurate treatments to the community to assure optimal outcomes.

In October 2011, Jason joined the team at Meadowlark. He received his associates of science from Butler County Community College in 1999 and his associates of applied sciences and physical therapist assistant degree from Colby Community College in 2003. Jason is a graduate of Wamego High School.

Jason began his career at Emporia physical Therapy and Fitness working in an outpatient hospital/inpatient rehab and home health setting. He then moved back to the Manhattan area and provided physical therapy to the troops returning from Iraq at Irwin Army Community Hospital on Fort Riley in their Outpatient/Inpatient Clinic. Jason accepted his first management position at Valley View Senior Life in Junction City and provided care in their long-term, assisted living and independent living facility.

Jason lives in Manhattan with his wife Shannon, and their daughters, Kinley and Kylin.
