Shawn Thomas Dpt

Shawn Thomas DPT, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Shawn is currently serving as the Vice President of Home and Community Based Services at Meadowood since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager at BAYADA Home Health Care from July 2022 to September 2023.

Before joining BAYADA, Shawn held multiple roles at Revolutionary Home Health. Shawn served as the Director of Therapy from April 2017 to July 2022, and as a Physical Therapist from April 2016 to April 2017.

Shawn also worked at Temple Health - Temple University Health System as a Physical Therapist from October 2015 to July 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Physical Therapist at Kindred Healthcare from May 2011 to April 2016, where they evaluated and treated patients in various settings and provided patient/staff/family education.

Shawn's career started at Mishock Physical Therapy & Associates, where they served as a Physical Therapist from June 2009 to May 2011. In this role, they evaluated and treated patients with various diagnoses, created personalized exercise programs, and implemented therapeutic modalities.

Shawn Thomas earned a DPT degree from Widener University between 2006 and 2009. Shawn further pursued their education at the same university, obtaining an MBA with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management from 2009 to 2013.
