Paul Asmuth is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, community relations, and the sports industry. Currently serving as the Director of Special Projects and Community Relations at The Napa Valley Reserve and as an Owner's Representative since January 2001, Asmuth has also authored the book "Marathon Swimming: The Sport of the Soul" through The Sport of the Soul since October 2017. Previously, Asmuth held the position of Open Water National Team Advisor for USA Swimming from January 2007 to September 2012, where responsibilities included directing and advising national team coaches and athletes for major competitions. Additional experience includes general management at Jaeger Vineyards and partnership at Pisenti & Brinker LLP, as well as managerial roles at Ernst & Whinney and Kenneth Leventhal. Asmuth's educational background includes a BS in Accounting from Arizona State University, a Master's in Forestry from Mississippi State University, and an MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
