Erie Hebert, LCSW, LCDC, Adv. PIT, Captain (USA, Ret.) currently serves as the Director of Outpatient Services at Meadows Behavioral Healthcare since January 2023. With extensive experience in clinical leadership roles, Erie has previously worked as Clinical Director at Crestone Wellness LLC and The Arbor Behavioral Healthcare, where responsibilities included managing residential programs and counseling. Professional background also includes crisis intervention and case management with various organizations, including Bluebonnet Trails Community Services and Healthy Homes Program. Erie served in the US Army, where leadership roles encompassed training implementation and logistical management. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
