As Vice President and Co-Founder of Meadows Publishing Solutions since March 1991, Noel has played a key role in the company's growth and development. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Banta Integrated Media from 1998 to 2003 and as Director of Research & Development at Alphatype Corporation, a manufacturer of digital phototypesetting equipment, from September 1977 to July 1991.
