Joel Allen is currently a Senior Investment Analyst at MEAG Power since October 2023. Prior to this role, Joel served as Treasury Manager at Children's Minnesota from June 2007 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing a $1.2 billion investment portfolio and facilitating key accounting and reconciliation processes. Joel led annual audits for $800 million ERISA plans and managed cash optimization across 16 corporate accounts. As a Cash Management Analyst, key accomplishments included designing an investment worksheet for subledger accounting and implementing cost-saving payment processes. Joel began the career as an Internal Auditor, evaluating internal controls and providing consulting services within the Finance Division. Joel holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
