Tim Wott

Tim Wott is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in Test Engineering and process improvement. Wott has held several managerial roles at Raytheon from 1997 to 2021, where responsibilities included enhancing Test Engineering processes and implementing Lean and Six Sigma principles. Following a brief period as a Manager at The Vertex Company, Wott became a retiree in March 2022, while actively volunteering at Cycling Without Age of Greater Indianapolis and Meals on Wheels of Central Indiana. Wott holds a Master of Business Administration from Butler University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
