Bob Youssef

Bob Youssef has a diverse work experience starting from 2004. Bob began their career at Allianz as a Financial Planner, where they excelled in creating customized financial plans for customers and consistently overachieved their monthly sales targets. Later, they became a Team Leader, managing a team of 8 sales personnel and increasing their average number of appointments by 30% compared to other teams. Bob then took on the role of Sales Manager at Allianz, where they led a team of 2 team leaders and 12 sales personnel and achieved the second top productive team across 12 teams within the branch in 2006.

After that, Bob joined STG AUTO GROUP, where they initially worked as a Digital Media Content Creator, focusing on digital marketing content creation and increasing organic traffic by 15% within 4 months of launching SEO content strategies. Bob then became a Marketing Manager, diversifying digital and social media marketing channels and increasing sales by implementing data-driven strategies, including SEM campaigns and re-targeting, resulting in a 20%+ increase in paid digital marketing leads.

Bob's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found their own company, Bob Youssef Productions, in 2010. As the Owner-Founder, they managed all aspects of the business, including budgeting, hiring, marketing, production, business development, and client relationships. Within 3 years, the company became one of the top 10 production companies in Egypt, specializing in small business promotion and event photography.

Most recently, Bob has been working at Guthy|Renker as a Supply Chain Planning Manager, leading the planning and coordination of supply chain activities. Prior to that, they held the position of Supply Chain Planning Lead and Supply Chain Planner at the same company.

Currently, Bob is working at Meaningful Beauty as a Sr. Supply Chain Planning Manager, where their responsibilities include overseeing supply chain planning operations.

Bob Youssef pursued their education by first completing their high school diploma from Patriarchal College (Freres) from 1985 to 1998. Following that, they attended Ain Shams University from 1998 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2016, Bob obtained a certification in "Introduction to computer science and programming using python" from MITx on edX.
