Kat Cooper is a Human Resources Director with extensive experience in various organizations, including Windrose Health Network, Meaningful Day Services, and Indiana Masonic Home. Kat's responsibilities include overseeing training, recruitment, benefits, and staff development. With a background in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, Kat also serves as a strategic resource and consultant to leadership, contributing to the restructuring of a 300-acre CCRC campus.
