Jill Pierce

Jill Pierce is the President and Founder of CarterPierce, INC., established in 2005 as a leading provider of outsourced recruiting services for private equity and alternative investment funds. In addition to overseeing CarterPierce, Jill Pierce serves as President of FILD, a staffing firm specializing in placements within Private Equity and Venture Capital-backed portfolio companies, and holds advisory and founding member roles at Recalc Academy and Meaningful Partners, respectively. Previous experience includes recruitment roles at Spencer Stuart and SG Partners. Jill Pierce graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2001.
