Meany Center for the Performing Arts
Kyra Hokanson Gray serves as the President and Sales Manager of Hokanson Vascular since May 1998. In addition to leadership roles at Hokanson Vascular, Kyra has been an Advisory Board Member for the Meany Center for the Performing Arts since September 2015, contributing to the promotion of international artists and educational outreach. Kyra's experience includes serving as Vendor Director on the Board of Directors for the Society for Vascular Ultrasound from January 2016 to December 2021 and as an Advisory Board Member at the University of Washington from October 2009 to June 2012. Previous positions include Sales Support Administrator at Spacelabs Healthcare and Project Manager at Lasentec, Inc. Kyra holds a Master’s degree in Medical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Puget Sound.

Meany Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Washington fosters innovative performances that advance public engagement, cultural exchange, creative research and learning through the arts. Meany Center provides opportunities for diverse artists, community, students and faculty to connect in the discovery and exploration of the boundless power of the arts to create positive change in the world. Furthermore, our presence on the University campus opens doors for exciting cross-disciplinary partnerships to explore how the arts and creative practice can combine to forge powerful learning experiences. This program consists of four distinct performing arts series: Chamber Music, Crossroads, Dance, and Piano. Meany Center for the Performing Arts performances take place in Meany Hall, just off of Red Square, on the UW Seattle campus.
