Manisha Advani

Manisha Advani currently serves as the Chapter Chair for The Akshaya Patra Foundation USA since March 2023 and has been a Board Member for the Meany Center for the Performing Arts since 2015. As a self-employed fundraising consultant for non-profits since October 2003, Manisha also founded and instructs dance at LiveAnklets. Previous roles include Board Advisor at Upaya Social Ventures from 2016 to 2022, Community Chair and Board Member at API Chaya until March 2020, Senior Program Manager at Microsoft from 2017 to 2019, Board Member at Bellevue Schools Foundation from 2015 to 2017, Campaign Board Member for the University of Washington Dream Project during the same period, and Board Member at Pratham Seattle from 2007 to 2016. Manisha's education includes a Certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University in 2020 and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth (1990-1994).
