Angela Lockwood

Angela Lockwood joined Mears in 2022. Angela has extensive experience gained from a career in housing spanning nearly 30 years and is also Chief Executive Officer of North Star Housing, a thriving Housing Association based in the North-East. Angela holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Angela is also a Board member of the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust, a member of the National Housing Federation Board and a Vice President of the Institute of Customer Service.
