Kiren S.

Kiren S. has extensive work experience in the HR field. They started their career as a Recruitment Administrator at Starting Off/ First Degree in 2007. Later on, they worked as an HR Administrator at Travis Perkins before transitioning to the role of Employee Relations Advisor. In 2015, Kiren joined Forza AW Ltd as an Interim HR Officer. Currently, they are working at Mears Group PLC, first as an HR Business Partner and now as the Head of HR Operations.

Kiren S. attended De Montfort University from 2008 to 2009, where they studied CIPD. Prior to that, they attended The University of Northampton from 2003 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management.
