Paul Lepki

Paul Lepki is currently working as a Senior Firmware Engineer at measurable.energy, starting in December 2022. Before this, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Grass Valley from November 2015 to December 2022. In this role, they gained experience in cross-platform development, debugging embedded multithreading systems, and working with C and C++ for modular video products. Prior to that, Paul worked as a Software Staff Engineer at Seagate Technology from June 2014 to November 2015, where they led a global team in developing embedded software for storage controller products. Paul has also served as a Senior Engineer - SW at Snell from June 2012 to May 2014, where they implemented control and monitoring software for professional TV broadcast products. Additionally, Paul worked as a Principal Engineer at Accenture from October 2011 to April 2012, focusing on the development and verification of Nokia Symbian platforms. Paul has significant experience in various roles at Nokia UK, including Principal Engineer in audio software from December 2008 to September 2011 and ASIC Design Engineer from October 1997 to September 1999. Paul started their career as a Design Engineer at GEC Plessey Semiconductors in 1992, and before that, they held the position of Student Engineer at Plessey Semiconductors from 1989 to 1991 and at Ferranti from 1988 to 1989.

Paul Lepki obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Birmingham between 1989 and 1992.
