William Stumbo

William Stumbo is a Senior Software Engineer currently employed at Measures for Justice and serves as Adjunct Faculty at Rochester Institute of Technology. Previously, William worked at Solu Technology Partners, PARC, and Xerox in various software engineering and research roles. William holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Purdue University.
