Yevhen Duma 🇺🇦

Yevhen Duma has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps. In 2015, they started their career at Accenture as a Senior System Analyst/DevOps engineer, where they managed over 1000 instances on Amazon and was responsible for testing, deployment, and creating infrastructure. Yevhen then joined Visma Latvia as a Lead DevOps Specialist, where they focused on creating a deployment pipeline to migrate projects to the cloud and automated the process using PowerShell scripting.

In 2017, Yevhen worked as a DevOps Consultant at SQUADEX and Go To-U, earning recognition as the winner of an AWS Gameday competition and delivering webinars on DevOps tools. Yevhen also served as a speaker at DevOps.Events.

Yevhen later joined MeaWallet AS as a Lead DevOps, contributing to the company's DevOps operations. Yevhen then worked as a Technical Manager/DevOps at FIC Network before returning to MeaWallet AS as a Lead DevOps once again.

Recently, Yevhen joined Virtasant as a DevOps Lead, where they currently hold a position.

Yevhen Duma attended Lviv academic gymnasium from 1995 to 2002. Yevhen then enrolled at State University 'Lviv Polytechnics' where they pursued a degree in Information Security, which they completed from 2002 to 2007. In 2003, Yevhen also attended the High school of public leadership for a short period to study Leadership and Economics, although they did not obtain a formal degree in this field. Additionally, Yevhen obtained several certifications throughout their career, including DevOps Professional from Accenture in August 2015, Master Linux Administration (General) from Brainbench in November 2012, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in July 2016.
