Lydia Wu is a seasoned professional in human resources and technology, currently serving as the Founder & Creator at Oops, Did I Think That Out Loud since September 2023, providing insights on HR and tech. In addition, Lydia holds the position of Chairperson at DataDriven, a People Analytics Advisory Council, where collaboration with HR leaders focuses on enhancing people analytics strategies. Lydia's advisory role at MeBeBot began in February 2024, and previous experience includes Senior Director of People Strategy & Operations at Panasonic Energy of North America and various leadership roles in HR strategy, technology, and analytics at Panasonic North America, Deloitte, and Accenture. Lydia earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Queen's University and furthered education at Fudan University.
