Vasant Prabhu

Vasant Prabhu is an experienced executive and board member with a diverse background in finance and corporate governance. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Intuit, Delta Air Lines, and Kenvue, where Vasant is the Audit Committee Chair, Vasant also holds a position on the Board of Trustees at The Brookings Institution. Previously, Vasant was Vice Chairman and CFO at Visa from February 2015 to September 2023, and held the role of Chief Financial Officer at NBCUniversal for a brief period in 2015. Vasant's extensive experience includes tenures as Vice Chairman and CFO at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and EVP & CFO at Safeway. Vasant's career began at PepsiCo, where Vasant held several senior financial roles across various international divisions. Vasant holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
