Daniel Chung

Daniel Chung is an experienced legal and operational executive in the investment sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at MEC Global Partners Asia since August 2021. Prior to this role, Daniel held various senior positions at CLSA Capital Partners from November 2010 to August 2021, including Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel and Managing Director - Head of Transaction Management / Legal, overseeing transaction management, fundraising, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance for private equity investments. Daniel's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President and Legal Counsel at PineBridge Investments, Managing Associate at Linklaters, and Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons, focusing on corporate finance, M&A, and compliance. Daniel holds a Master of Laws from UCL and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Hong Kong.
