Elsa Olarte Velilla has extensive experience in administration and organizational roles within the aerospace and banking sectors. Currently serving in the Administration TPA and materials management at Mecanizaciones Aeronáuticas, S.A. since October 2019, Elsa previously held the position of Head of Administration TPA and worked in the purchasing department at the same company from January 2014 to June 2018. As a co-founder of Newblade, S.L. in 2013, Elsa was involved in designing and manufacturing auxiliary machinery for the industry. Elsa's background also includes roles at Bankia and Caja Rioja, focusing on system organization and financial application management, along with client service. Educational qualifications include a degree in Economics and Business Sciences from Universidad de Zaragoza.
