Marcos Sterenkrantz

Marcos Sterenkrantz has a diverse range of work experience. Marcos is currently the VP of Strategy at Mecanizou since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at XP Inc., starting as a Business Developer at Grupo XP in 2018 and later becoming Partner | Head of Innovation and XP Ventures from 2019 to 2022. From 2014 to 2021, Marcos served as the Managing Director at Parametro Invest, specializing in the distressed assets market and corporate legal claims market. Marcos also co-founded and served as the Global CEO at ClickBus, the largest portal for online bus ticket sales in Brazil from 2013 to 2014. Marcos pursued their MBA at the London Business School from 2011 to 2013. Other notable roles include Entrepreneur in Residence at Rocket Internet GmbH in 2012, Associate Director at Parametro Invest in 2010, and Corporate Desk Officer at BTG Pactual from 2005 to 2009. Before that, they had an internship at GAP Asset Management in 2005. Marcos also has volunteer experience at Cross-Cultural Solutions in 2010.

Marcos Sterenkrantz completed their B.S. in Economics with a specialization in Finance, General from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2005. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the London Business School.
