Adam Girard

Adam Girard possesses extensive experience in human resources and learning technology, having held various leadership roles at prominent financial institutions. At MetLife, Adam served as VP - Head of HR Digital Strategy & Technology Operations from December 2013 to April 2022, leading the global digital strategy and managing core HR platforms. Prior to this, Adam was AVP - Head of Learning Technology, Analytics and Operations, overseeing strategy and implementation for L&D technology and analytics. Adam's earlier experience includes significant roles at Bank of America as SVP - Global Learning Products and Operations, and at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley in skill development positions. Adam holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and a BA in International Studies with a focus on East Asia from Miami University.
