Juha Polet

Juha Polet has worked for several companies in various roles throughout their career. In 2011, they started as an intern at Outotec. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a 3D CAD Mechanical Engineer at Pivatic Oy, where they were responsible for designing structural steelworks and hydraulic systems.

In 2013, Juha joined Evac Group as a Technical Documentation Engineer, focusing on Cruise and Offshore projects. Juha also worked as a Senior Technical Documentation Engineer, supervising Deemec Oy's Romanian documentation team and handling process design and automation work for Evac's custom projects.

In 2019, Juha transitioned to Evac Group's Business Support team as a Technical Solution Engineer. Their role involved supporting sales by studying yard specifications and preparing technical materials for new build and retrofit projects in the marine and offshore sector.

Currently, Juha works at Mecaplan Oy as a Package Engineer. In this role, they are the technical lead for assigned equipment packages in equipment and plant projects. Their responsibilities include defining requirements, managing budgets and schedules, participating in supplier selection, overseeing document flow, managing inspection processes, and providing logistics support.

Juha Polet completed their undergraduate education from 2001 to 2010 at the University of Oulu. During this time, they pursued a degree in Process Engineering and earned a Master of Science (MSc) in the field.
