Melanie Kansil

Melanie Kansil serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and Advisor at MECCA Brands since August 2023. Additionally, Melanie holds the position of Non-Executive Director at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers from March 2023. Prior experience includes being the CEO and Co-Founder of Alyte, a Web3 movement and wellbeing app, from September 2020 to March 2024, and serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at The a2 Milk Company between February 2019 and August 2020. Previous roles also include Executive Director of Motoring Operations and General Manager of Roadside Operations at The NRMA, as well as Director of Strategy at Nine Entertainment Co., where strategic oversight was provided for various subsidiaries. Melanie’s board experience encompasses non-executive roles with LiteracyPlanet and Heathley Limited, alongside partnership at Centaurus Partners and leading Customer Underground as CEO and Co-Founder. Melanie holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Harvard University.
