Lydia Huang

Lydia Huang has over 18 years of work experience in the Human Resources and Talent Management field. Lydia started their career in 2003 as a Management Associate at Colgate Palmolive. In 2005, they moved to Zuo You Management Consultants Ltd. as a Management Consultant. In 2006, they joined Thomson Reuters as a Human Resources Business Partner. In 2013, they became a Senior Client Partner at Shark Human Capital Placement. In 2017, they were appointed as a Sr. Partner, Global Talent Practice at Scalable Global Solutions. In 2018, they were promoted to Partner at PERIT Consulting. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Regional Head of Human Resources at Mech-Mind Robotics.

Lydia Huang obtained an MBA from EDHEC Business School, a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Wuhan University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from Wuhan University of Technology.
