Derek Brown

Derek Brown has extensive experience in engineering sales and commercial sales within the HVAC industry, currently serving as an Engineering Sales representative at Mechanical Reps, Inc. since 2017. In this role, Derek specializes in engaging with mechanical engineers across San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and the Rio Grande Valley to promote a diverse range of products including fans, air devices, and boilers. Prior to this, Derek held several positions at Carrier Corporation and Carrier Enterprise, focusing on sales and account management for HVAC equipment and solutions. Derek's career began with an internship at Eaton Electrical, followed by a role as Assistant Director at Cho-Yeh Camp and Conference Center, where curriculum development and oversight of staff activities were key responsibilities. Derek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
