Veralyn Hensley

Veralyn Hensley, CRISC, serves as the Director of Enterprise & Operational Risk Management and Director of Vendor Management at Mechanics Bank, where responsibilities include developing and administering the Vendor Management Program and promoting best practices across the organization. With a comprehensive career in risk management, Veralyn has also held the position of Director Risk and Control at Rabobank N.A., emphasizing risk maturity strategies and enhancing the risk culture within business operations. Prior experience at Bank of America spanned over two decades and included various senior vice president roles, such as managing risk and compliance for a global technology division, process design for cash services, and mortgage operations.
