Jillian Back

Jillian Back has significant experience in the banking industry. Jillian started their career at Bank of America in 2005, where they served as Assistant Banking Center Manager before being promoted to Banking Center Manager II. In this role, they transformed an underperforming branch and achieved key gains in customer satisfaction. In 2010, they joined Santander Bank, N.A. as a Branch Manager, where they effectively managed operations and introduced performance standards. Jillian later became the Small Business Area Manager, overseeing relationship management for small business clients across 51 branch locations. In 2015, Jillian joined Citizens Bank as VP, Business Banking Market Manager, where they led client acquisition and drove portfolio growth. Currently, they are working as VP Commercial Lending at Mechanics Cooperative Bank.
