Catherine Caraway currently serves as the Director of Operations at Mechanism Ventures, a role held since February 2022. Prior to this, Catherine held various positions at Boldly Subscription Staffing from August 2015 to February 2022, including Team Leader, Onboarding Manager, Operations Admin, and Business Support Specialist. Catherine's earlier experience includes roles as Program Specialist at Career Training Concepts, Inc., Project Consultant at the USO of North Carolina, and Program Specialist at the US Army Research Office. Additionally, Catherine contributed as a Research Assistant at NC State University, working on sustainability and educational studies, and as a Mentor for the Southeast Raleigh Math and Science Initiative. Catherine earned a Master's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, both from North Carolina State University.
