Frederik Johne is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business analysis, entrepreneurship, and data governance. Currently serving as an Operator in Residence at Mechanism Ventures since July 2023, Frederik previously worked as a Business Analyst at Koalafi and co-founded BrickBank, an innovative rental service for LEGO sets, securing significant funding and leading a multinational team. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor's degree from Princeton University and a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Business Analytics from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce. Additional experience encompasses roles at notable organizations such as HelloFresh and KPMG Deutschland, along with achievements in sports as a member of the German Junior National Rowing Team.
