Charles Ha

Charles Ha has been working in the engineering and construction industries since 2015. In 2016, they began working as a Quality Control Engineer for PCC Structurals, Inc. The following year, they began working for three companies simultaneously: Mechasys as Co-Founder & CTO, Pratt & Whitney as a Reliability Engineer, and Bourassa Doors Inc. as a Solidworks 3D Designer & Consultant. In 2017, they also began working for Scholle IPN as a Mechanical Engineering Consultant. Charles's most recent work experience was at Delastek as a Mechanical Engineer.

Charles Ha received their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from École de technologie supérieure in 2019. In addition, they have obtained three certifications: Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from IT Chapter in October 2020, Certified Laser Safety Officer (CLSO) from KRMC - Krivonosov Risk Management Consultants Inc in February 2020, and ASP Construction from ASP Construction in September 2018.
