Colleen M. Faltus MS, CMMT, CPT is an experienced professional in the field of wellness and benefits consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Consultant for Well-being Programs at Mecklenburg County since August 2023, Colleen has previously held roles as a Well-being Consultant at Blue and a Senior Corporate Well-being Program Manager at WebMD Health Services. With a foundational leadership role as Founding President and CEO of Healthy Fusions, LLC, Colleen also has experience as a Performance Specialist at EXOS and a Personal Trainer at Equinox. Colleen holds a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons University and a cum laude BS in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College.
