Deborah Webber

Deborah Webber is a Senior Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience in conducting Joint Application Design sessions and developing business requirement processes across various governmental organizations. Currently at Mecklenburg County, Deborah has been instrumental in creating business process flows to support requirement development since September 2018. Prior roles include Senior Business Analyst at Actium Consulting, where Deborah collaborated with the State of Michigan to enhance the Child Support system, and similar positions at Wipro Technologies and Cognizant Technology Solutions, focusing on Medicaid system implementations and compliance with the Affordable Care Act. Deborah's career began at the State of California, where substantial contributions were made to the Child Support Automation System and system performance analysis.
