Eboni Wallace Lewis

Eboni Wallace Lewis is an accomplished equity and inclusion consultant currently serving Mecklenburg County since February 2023, where responsibilities include providing organization-wide guidance to advance equity policies and programs. Previously, as program director for the Arts & Science Council from September 2018 to February 2023, Eboni managed the Culture Blocks program, enhancing arts access in underserved areas. Speaking engagements highlight expertise in arts and cultural initiatives, and prior leadership roles include chairing the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library Foundation's Friends Council and serving as a hospital development specialist at LifeShare of the Carolinas. Eboni holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Management from Howard University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
