Phenecia Lindsey has over 17 years of experience in training and diversity, equity, and inclusion roles. Currently serving as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since June 2014, Phenecia has previously held positions such as Diversity & Inclusion Specialist and Training Coordinator within the same organization. Prior to this role, Phenecia worked at Ecolab from October 2006 to June 2014 as a Training Administrator, focusing on the planning and coordination of internal and external training sessions.
