Nir Josipovich

Nir Josipovich is a Senior GIS Analyst at Mecklenburg County since July 2016, specializing in advanced geospatial data work and providing technical leadership in GIS/IT project planning. Prior experience includes a role as a GIS Analyst and IT Project Manager at Medflow from February 2014 to July 2016, where responsibilities encompassed project coordination, software updates, and data analytics for electronic health records in eye care. Additionally, as a Research Assistant at the University of Haifa from October 2009 to August 2011, Nir was selected as the only undergraduate to lead a multi-year GIS project on forest fire data analysis using Esri ArcGIS. Nir holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management and Geography from the University of Haifa, earned between 2008 and 2011.
