Zachary Lewis

Zachary Lewis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public administration and management analysis. Currently serving as Sr. Assistant to the County Manager and previously holding titles such as Sr. Management Analyst and Management Analyst at Mecklenburg County since September 2021, Zachary has a strong background in budget and management analysis acquired through roles at the NC Department of Health and Human Services and the NC Office of State Budget & Management. Prior experience includes program coordination at the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, where Zachary focused on workforce strategic planning, and a research assistantship at North Carolina State University that involved extensive data analysis. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy Analysis, both from North Carolina State University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wingate University.
