Roula Youssef Halabi

Roula Youssef Halabi currently serves as Senior Vice President of Global Fertility Services at CooperSurgical Fertility Solutions and Vice President of EMEA Sales, along with the role of Managing Director for the Middle East. Roula also holds a position on the Board of Directors for Mecomed. Previously, Roula was the COO at Fakih IVF, where significant achievements included generating new patient leads and enhancing customer satisfaction by 17% through a standardized patient experience program. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Manager and Head of IVF Department at Ibra Hadad Beirut, achieving a 300% increase in annual sales, and working in various healthcare roles, including as a midwife in hospitals. Roula holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the Faculty of Public Health at Lebanese University.
