Holly Erickson

Holly Erickson is a dedicated medical information assistant at Med Communications, Inc. since June 2019, responsible for professionally managing calls and responding to inquiries from healthcare providers and consumers in compliance with applicable SOPs. Prior to this role, Holly served as a customer service representative at Mr. Electric® from October 2015 to February 2018, where responsibilities included directing electricians, coordinating schedules, and addressing customer concerns. Additionally, Holly worked at Mr. Appliance of Memphis in 2016, performing similar customer service duties while also engaging in marketing and sales functions. Holly holds an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from Colorado Technical University and a high school diploma from Gateway Christian Schools.
