Başar Uğur

Başar Uğur is an accomplished software engineering professional with a robust background in design, development, and leadership within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Team Leader for Domain & Backend Services at MED-EL since August 2015, Başar has successfully led teams in the development of significant features for advanced medical applications, including the Maestro System Software. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Software Engineer at DogalZeka, where expertise in multimedia-over-IP projects and OTT technologies was cultivated, and various engineering positions that contributed to simulation and modeling software development. Başar holds a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
