Melissa Willis

Melissa Willis, MBA, CPC, CCS-P, is an accomplished professional in revenue cycle management with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as VP of Revenue Cycle Management at Med-Metrix since September 2025, Melissa previously held the position of VP of Revenue Cycle Services at GoHealth Urgent Care from October 2016 to September 2025. Prior roles include Vice President of Revenue Cycle, Senior Director of NC Business Service Center, and Assistant Director of Coding at MedQuest Associates from March 2005 to October 2016, as well as positions in compliance and physician billing/services at Novant Health from 1996 to 2005. Melissa obtained a Master of Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University in 2006 and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Administration from the same institution in 2004.
