Jeff Rehr has a strong background in sales and management, specializing in the medical device industry. Jeff started their career as a Territory Sales Manager at Johnson & Johnson and later became a Territory Manager at US Surgical. Jeff then worked at LivaNova as a Manager of Sales Development and Training, where they were promoted to Senior Account Executive. At Terumo Medical Corporation, Jeff was a Senior Territory Manager and was awarded Sales Rep of the Year. Jeff also worked at AtriCure, Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager, exceeding quota every quarter. Jeff owned their own business, Rehr and Associates, where they grew a multi-chain brand of dry cleaners. Currently, they are the VP of Talent Solutions at Med Search Recruiting Network, Inc., serving as an executive search consultant in the medical device industry.

Jeff Rehr obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they acquired a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management from Southeast Missouri State University between 1980 and 1984. Additionally, Jeff Rehr holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt (Sandan) in Kenpo Karate from Tracy's Karate Studio, although the specific dates of their training remain unknown.
