Howard Gant

Howard Gant has a diverse work experience, spanning over several decades. Howard started their career in 1977 as a Firefighter/EMT in local communities. In 1990, they transitioned to becoming a Paramedic at New Castle County and held this role until 2000. Following this, they worked as a Flight Paramedic at Christiana Care Health System from 2000 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Air Methods as a Program director, where they were responsible for overseeing the program's business operations, marketing, and day-to-day activities. Howard also analyzed market trends and data to assist in decision making. In 2016, they took on the role of Regional Business Operations Director at Med-Trans Corporation.

Howard Gant has obtained an Associates degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Delaware Technical Community College. Additionally, they have also earned an Associate's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Glassboro State.
