Diane Kean

Diane Kean, MHA, currently serves as the Regional Director of Business Operations at Memorial Hermann Health System since March 2018. Previously, Diane held positions such as Senior Physician Practice Manager in Cardiology and Practice Administrator at Pacific Accountable Management and Arch Health Medical Group, where responsibilities included managing an 80-provider multi-specialty group. Early career roles included Associate Director of Operations at New Mexico Heart Institute, IT & Audiology Support Manager at Southwestern Ear, Nose & Throat, and Site Manager at St. Vincent Regional Medical Center. Diane's background also features HR leadership roles at Los Alamos National Laboratory and Butler International. Diane holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Speech Communication from Iowa State University and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University.
